Does this sound familiar?

  • You are tired most of the time, and rest does not fix it.
  • Your sleep, weight or mood changed, and nobody can explain why.
  • Your mind feels foggy. Focus and memory are not what they were.
  • Your digestion is unsettled, and the tests show nothing.
  • You have seen several specialists, and each looked at one part of you.
  • Your results come back "normal", but you do not feel normal.

If you nodded more than twice, you are not imagining it. Your symptoms are real, and they are often connected.

Who I work with

You do not need a specific diagnosis to see me.

If you feel exhausted, stressed or “not yourself” and your tests look normal, we look at the whole picture and find a clear way forward.

If you live with a diagnosed condition, I work alongside your treating doctors. Together we reduce the load of stress and build a lifestyle that supports your treatment and your recovery.

Why nothing has added up so far

Each specialist knows their own area well. Someone also needs to see how it all fits together.

Your gynaecologist looks at your hormones. Your endocrinologist looks at your thyroid. Your GP looks at your blood count. Each one is right about their part. But midlife changes arrive together: sleep, energy, weight, mood and stress affect each other. When they are read one at a time, the pattern behind them stays invisible. That is the gap I work in.

How I work

From your whole story to a clear plan

You do not need to arrive organised. Bring everything you have: results, reports, diagnoses and the questions you have been carrying. Putting it in order is my job.

  1. I listen to your whole story

Your history from the beginning, your results, and what was happening when each symptom started.

What you getOne physician who has seen everything, not one more opinion on one part.

  2. I connect what belongs together

Results and symptoms read side by side, in the context of your age, routine and what you carry.

What you getA clear explanation of why you feel the way you do.

  3. I set your treatment plan with you

Priorities, not everything at once, built around your real life.

What you getYou know exactly what to do first.

  4. I stay with you, and adjust

As your body and your life change, the plan changes too.

What you getYou are never left alone with a list of instructions.

Your specialists look closely at their area, and that care matters. I look at how everything fits together. I do not stop or change any treatment another doctor has prescribed.

Why Dr. Heba

A physician first, with a wider lens

My path in medicine began in Clinical Genetics at Ain Shams University. Over more than 35 years it took me through clinical work in Egypt, Kuwait and Italy, and study trips to India, China and Thailand. Across very different traditions I saw the same truth: the body works as one connected system. I kept only what has a scientific basis.

  • M.Sc. Clinical Genetics, Ain Shams University
  • Clinical Nutrition, National Nutrition Institute
  • IFM, all seven core modules
  • Speaker, Budapest, October 2026
More about my background

In their words

In our clients' own words

To protect their privacy, every client is shared as audio only.

  • It helped me realize how to deal with him better. An eye-opener.

  • I felt myself becoming the person I was born to be.

  • What is different about Dr. Heba is that she combines the medicine with the whole approach.

Why I do what I do

A good plan needs two things.

Over the years I noticed something: most people already know a lot about health, but not what is right for them. And even when they do, it is hard to act on it while they are exhausted, stressed and overwhelmed. A good plan needs two things: to be clear, and for your body and mind to be ready to follow it, step by step. That is why my sessions do not stop at a plan. They also help you get ready to live it.

Questions women ask before their first session

Why do my tests come back normal when I still feel unwell?

A normal result means one value sits inside a range on one day. It does not show how your results relate to each other, to your symptoms, or to your life. Feeling unwell with normal tests is common, and it is real. Read more.

Will you replace my doctors or change my medication?

No. I work alongside your other doctors and never stop or change a treatment they have prescribed.

Why three sessions instead of one?

A whole health story rarely fits into one appointment. Session 1 is complete on its own, with no commitment to continue. Sessions 2 and 3 refine your priorities and put your plan in action. Read more.

How much does it cost?

Fees depend on the option that fits you. Message us on WhatsApp and we will share them with you directly.

Can I do this online?

Yes. In person in Cairo, or online for women in Egypt, the Gulf and beyond, in Arabic or English.

What should I bring?

Everything you have, in any order: results, reports and your questions. Missing pieces are fine. Read more.

Is this only for women?

Most of the people I see are women in midlife, but men and adults at other stages of life are welcome.
