How do I connect all my results and diagnoses?

Start by putting everything you have in date order, then add a short note of what you were noticing at each point. That simple timeline is often the most useful thing you can bring to any doctor.

Put everything in date order

Gather results, reports, letters and prescriptions in one folder, paper or digital. Sort them by date, oldest first. Do not worry if pieces are missing; the order matters more than completeness.

Write down what you notice, and when

Next to the dates, note how you were feeling, and anything happening in your life: a move, a loss, a new job, a change in sleep or routine. Short notes are enough.

Bring it all to one appointment

Take the whole folder and your notes to your next appointment, with any doctor. It helps them see your story over time, rather than one visit at a time.

This is useful even if you never book a session with me.

My concern is not with the diagnosis itself, and I'm not trying to dismiss or challenge a legitimate medical diagnosis.
